I have the opposite problem.
I'm average build, rarely drink and I walk or cycle everywhere.
However I go through phases where I'll quickly start losing weight for no apparent reason and then take it even longer to put it back on. Either way it happens no matter what I do or what and how much I eat. It can be scary when it happens as theres practically nothing I can do about it.
Luckily my weight has never gone below 7stone (98lbs) or over 9.5stone (133lbs).
